It is essential to have a good fit with your therapist. It is what accounts for the majority of your success in counselling! With this in mind, you can book a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation session to meet and see if we would be a good fit.

THERAPY FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS
$140+GST

Individual counselling sessions for youth ages 17-19 years old, and adult women ages 19+. Those who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome. These 50 minute sessions where we can work together on what matters most to you.

Currently booking counselling sessions in-person in Abbotsford BC.

  • Virtual sessions available for those in all of BC.

  • RCC's are covered by most insurance companies for extended benefits, depending on the individual plan.

  • Approved provider with First Nations Health Authority.
