Nice to meet you!

I actively try to find joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s hiking, road cycling, or taking a refreshing cold plunge. Being outdoors and moving my body helps me feel grounded and connected. At home I enjoy unwinding with a good book in hand, usually it’s a captivating novel or learning about psychology, and my husband of ten years and our sweet adopted bunny are often nearby. I love tapping into my creative side through sewing, crocheting, baking, or whatever project inspires me next—there's a good chance I made the clothes I’m wearing today!

Who can Benefit from Therapy?

Counseling can be a valuable resource if you're navigating mental health challenges or going through (or preparing for) a life transition. I work with youth, young adults, and adults in individual therapy, offering support tailored to your unique circumstances. Whether you’re ready to make a change or are exploring the possibilities, I’m here to walk alongside you each step of the way.

What to Expect from Sessions?

In our sessions, you can expect a person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and together, we’ll explore a path forward that feels right for you. Every session is uniquely tailored to your needs, providing a safe and supportive space to navigate the complexities of your life.

My goal is to help you uncover your most authentic self and live from a place of strength and truth. As a counsellor, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you explore the deeper aspects of life.
